MVA Series - Service Manager in System Center 2012 SP1

In this two part blog post, we will follow on from the previous post that focused on Configure & Deploy and Monitor & Operate,with some webcasts around System Center Service Manager 2012 SP1 (SCSM) and its role in enabling the delivery of IT-as-a-Service.

Finally you will see how the key themes of standardization, self-service and automation are used to complete the request fulfilment process, including importing, building, publishing, creating, invoking, and monitoring.
