Monitoring FIM 2010: Event descriptions

Jeff Ingalls, an Identity Management PFE based out of the U.S. West Region, handles proactive onsite support and training for Microsoft’s Identity products, such as Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 (FIM.) Over the past year he has been working to bring a FIM Health Check offering to our Premier customers.

One of the items in the FIM Health Check list is to review events the system is generating and specifically any events being generated by the application components. If you have an unmonitored FIM solution or simply interesting in learning more about all the FIM Event Log events and where they come from, this articleis for you!
