Your First WPC Experience

The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference is an event our partners look forward to every year. This year, we bring WPC to Canada! We want to give you the resources you need to grow your business – and a key component to that is solution-based networking with other partners who have goals and challenges that are similar to you.

Our focus for #WPC16 is to ensure that we share and elevate our priorities with you. What are they? Profitability, transformation, differentiation, collaboration and leadership. To share the best content and offer you the best experience possible, we offer a variety of sessions—which you can find on our WPC 2016 Session Catalog.

With #WPC16 around the corner, we thought it would be important to share what first-time registrants are thinking about going into this conference. We reached out to our partner, Kabesa, to learn about what they are expecting at WPC.

Situated in Montreal, Quebec, Kabesa is the product of years in the IT industry, focused on growing small business enterprise productivity. With the shift in the way businesses integrated technology into their strategy to better perform and service their clients, Kabesa aims to support IT initiatives and are dedicated to delivering affordable “large enterprise productivity enhancing solutions” to smaller businesses.

With the cloud industry growing, what is Kabesa's vision?

What we do is pretty straight forward. We are dedicated to helping small and medium businesses perform better by providing flexible, scalable and most importantly affordable IT solutions.”

- Luc Labelle, Founder and Senior Consultant

Even though every client and project are unique, their goal is to deliver all of them with three things in mind:

  1. Reduce your IT charges

  2. Enhance your productivity

  3. Maximize the value of your business

To learn more about how to help their customers grow, Kabesa has decided to attend the Worldwide Partner Conference, where partners will have the opportunity to network and gain content that will help their business. They found about the Worldwide Partner Conference through our networks, and wanted to be part of this major Microsoft Canada moment. They are hoping to learn about Microsoft changes, build new partnerships and network to grow their business at WPC.

“I want to learn more about Microsoft’s vision and upcoming changes. That way, I can and will be able to adapt my service offering to be in line with them. I also need to learn about the different partner programs so I can focus on what makes more sense for Kabesa in the months to come."

- Luc Labelle, Founder and Senior Consultant

They will be attending the Worldwide Partner Conference with the goal of networking and attending as many sessions as possible to expand their knowledge on Microsoft products and offerings. Kabesa is particularly looking forward to having fun, and to giving the company as much exposure as possible.

As with all partners that will be attending, there is an expectation that the Worldwide Partner Conference will change how their company will be growing, and how it will be affecting their overall business. Kabesa’s goal is to work with a US partner to grow their company. By attending WPC, they expect to build brand credibility around Kabesa.

Will you be attending WPC for the first time like Kabesa as well? What are you hoping to get out of #WPC16? We would love to hear from you! Reach out to us on twitter at @MPNCanada using the hashtag #WPC16.
