Bluetooth Discovery Tool for Windows
RFprotect BlueScanner is a Bluetooth discovery tool for Windows. It will discover and display Bluetooth devices which are in range. It will display key information about devices, including what services they offer. BlueScanner can be used to:
- See how pervasive Bluetooth really is. Try running BlueScanner in an airport or airplane. You will be surprised how many devices you discover (in particular how many cellphones are turned on in airplanes!)
- Bluetooth vulnerability assessment. Find people who have Bluetooth discoverability turned on and may be vulnerable to data theft
- Test if you Bluetooth devices are working and configured like you expect (discoverable or non-discoverable)
