Know your support options

As a Microsoft Partner, there are various support options available to you - including pre-sales assistance to help you overcome customer objections and a Cloud Enablement Desk to help you attain a Cloud competency and really leverage all of the benefits that you get access to. With so many support functions available to you, it can be difficult to know where to go to and to ensure that you are leveraging all of the available resources. In this session, we gave you an overview of all of the support functions and resources that are available to you as a Microsoft Partner at varying membership levels.
