System Center 2012 Service Manager - Self Service Portal - IIS 7.0 Role is not enabled

While installing System Center Service Manager 2012 R2 Self Service Portal, you may receive the following error:

IIS 7.0 Role is not enabled.

The main reason of this that Service Manager installation was not able to check on IIS 7.0 Role due to insufficient permissions.

In order to solve this, you will need to run the setup wizard for System Center Service Manager under evaluated CMD which will solve this and allow you to continue the installation smoothly.
