TechEd AU: Its getting ready to rock…

When I ran the TechEd content for Australia and NZ, I never realized exactly what went into running an event of this size and magnitude. Its definitely not just about organizing a few speakers and some rooms… :)

One part you may not see or even appreciate is what goes into preparing the venue and the infrastructure. My good friend David Haysom has been running this part of TechEd for quite a number of years now. Jorke motivated him to start blogging about it. (Oh and David – I never said I did your job! :) )
