Hobart Ready Tour done - Adelaide TechNet Update coming!

So Im on the road again. This time just did the Hobart Ready tour event at the Henry Jones Art Hotel. Thats gotta be one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels Ive ever seen. Its a careful blend of what was the old jam factory turned into a hotel while still retaining the history of the place and combining ultra modern appointments and feel throughout. If you get a chance to stay somewhere in Hobart - pick there!

Anyway - I presented on Exchange Server 2007 and did the cool unified messaging demo with Cisco phones. You gotta love the Cisco kit - Cisco Call Manager makes it so easy to connect into Exchange 2007. You simply setup one SIP route and two phone extensions that route to via that SIP trunk for Outlook Voice Access and Exchange System Attendant. Also presented on Windows Deployment Services too but youve heard that from me plenty of times before.

Right now - Im on my way to Adelaide for the first stage of the TechNet Update. Its sold out in most states except Canberra and Sydney so be quick next time to register if you missed out. Im presenting on "Group Policy Tips and Tricks in Windows Vista" and "Longhorn Server Top 10 things you need to know". As I mentioned in my last TechNet Flash newsletter - this TechNet Update sets the foundation for a series of Longhorn Server specific sessions on each of the Top 10.
