Abstract:

System Center Operations Manager 2007 is the end-to-end service management solution that is works seamlessly with Microsoft and 3rd party software and applications helping you increase efficiency while enabling greater control of your IT environment. This overview session will provide you with an summary of the main capabilities of Operations Manager 2007 demonstrating how easy it is to achieve a more dynamic and responsive IT environment.

Speaker Bio:

Omar Kouatly is a principal program manager in the Operations and Service Management group responsible for driving customer focused design and development efforts across the entire group. His product responsibilities include System Center Operations Manager, System Center Essentials, System Center Capacity Planner and the recently announced System Center Service Manager product. Omar has been at Microsoft since 1997 and has been focused on building products that make Microsoft technologies easier to manage. Prior to joining Microsoft Omar was a founding member of the Price Waterhouse Insurance Software Division.

This meeting is held on the first Thursday of the month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Microsoft, 1290 Avenue of the Americas ( the AXA building, between 51st/52nd Street) 6th floor .
