Presenters Bio:In the early 1990’s following seven years of PC and network support and riding the first waves of Internet Speculation, Michael assisted in the creation of what would become the sixth cyber-café in North America and served as general manager of that business until August of 1995. For the next seven years he worked as a corporate trainer and Microsoft Certified Trainer in Manhattan. Michael joined the TechNet team in 2003. He lives in northeastern Pennsylvania and presents live TechNet Briefing sessions in the northeast part of the United States.
