MOSS in call centres – gotta love this quote!


Sometimes I love the pure simplicity of how MOSS 07 can help a business, I met yesterday with the folks at Trinity who spoke about some of their great work at North Yorkshire County Council - it echoed a very similar conversation I had with our Director of Public Sector, Terry Smith not two weeks before! Nice quote below from Steve Smith over at North Yorkshire CC about the project:
