Great video from an industry guru of 41 years Frank Chism - good investment of 20 minutes!

The bits I loved from this were:

  • Frank has studied Unix and Linux for 20 years in the HPC space
  • MS is at the new point of the action around: Volume and Commodity (not a BAD word = simplicity and this is what drives volume)
  • The landscape is changing - hence his desire to join Microsoft
