Life as a Microsoft Technical Account Manager (TAM)


Working at  Microsoft is an experience that I never take for granted.  Imagine having a job that you truly enjoy.  A job where you work with people who have the same passion for their jobs. A job where you  know that you are helping your customers every day.  We truly believe at Microsoft that our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. My role as a Microsoft Technical Account Manager (TAM) is to be the only front-line customer facing support role within the Services organization.   The TAM among other things,  is responsible for the overall growth, quality, and satisfaction of the customer’s services relationship. However, there is so much more that the TAM is responsible for.

This blog will focus on the Microsoft Technical Account Manager's role and responsibilities.
