Der 4-tägige Office 365 Skype for Business Online: Administration and Configuration Workshop gibt einen umfassenden Überblick über alle Konzepte zur Administration von Skype for Business Online Service, inklusive der Office 365 relevanten Komponenten. Er deckt auch die Schritte ab, die notwendig für die Konfiguration von Skype for Business Online hybrid. In einem Modul wird Microsoft Teams vorgestellt.

Agenda

Module 1: Office 365 Overview and Management Interfaces:
This module discusses:
• The overview of the service.
• Subscription plans.
• How to sign up for Office 365 for Enterprises. Office 365 Management Interfaces:
• Office 365 Admin Center
• Azure Active Directory module for Windows PowerShell

Module 2: Skype for Business Online Overview and Administration:
This module covers Skype for Business Online features and integration options.  It also discusses Skype for Business specific administration interfaces:
• Skype for Business Online Admin Center
• Skype for Business Online PowerShell
• Skype for Business Online Reporting

Module 3: Identity and Directory Synchronization:
This module details the supported identity models for Office 365 and Skype for Business Online.  It also covers Single Sign-On and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) concepts.

Module 4: Client Overview:
This module covers the various clients that can be used with Skype for Business Online.

Module 5: Skype for Business Hybrid Configuration:
This module covers and overview of Hybrid configurations as well as discusses the requirements and management considerations for Hybrid.  It also introduces you to the Skype Operations Framework and the associated Cloud Migration workload that discusses Skype for Business Hybrid.

Module 6: Cloud PBX:
This module introduces the concepts of Cloud Voice and how Cloud PBX is central for providing telephony services to Skype for Business Online users and their associated end points and clients.  It also discusses the various supported options for PSTN connectivity.

Module 7: Hybrid Voice:
This module is a deeper dive into the supported methods for on-premises PSTN connectivity for Cloud PBX enabled users in Skype for Business Online.  This covers Hybrid Voice overviews for both on-premises Skype for Business Server, as well as Cloud Connector Edition.

Module 8: Cloud PBX Voicemail and Exchange Unified Messaging(UM):
This module provides clear guidance on the supported scenarios for providing voicemail services as well as voicemail depositing into Exchange mailboxes.  It covers a complete order of operations of moving users with on-premises Skype for Business and Exchange UM-enabled mailboxes, to Skype for Business Online.

Module 9: PSTN and Web Conferencing:
This module discusses the features and client user experience when enabled for PSTN dial-in conferencing and web conferencing within Skype for Business Online.

Module 10: Skype Meeting Broadcast:
This module provides an overview of the Skype Meeting Broadcast service.  This details the overall features as well as the core components that make Skype Meeting Broadcasts under the hood.  It also discusses the typical lifecycle of a Skype Meeting Broadcast from scheduling to closing.

Module 11: Microsoft Teams:
This module introduces Microsoft Teams.  It provides a history of what lead to the culmination of Microsoft Teams and it’s various features. It discusses the key features and benefits for enhanced collaboration that Microsoft Teams provides.
