The U.S. Web and extended v-team is thrilled to announce the launch of the newly redesigned U.S. Education website! The new site features:

 

  • A sleeker, more simplified design modeled after the Worldwide Public Sector sites that will allow customers to quickly find what they’re looking for and engage more easily with Microsoft and our partners.
  • Consistent, prominent calls to action that will help drive more leads to our telesales team and better support our revenue goals.
  • Integration with Microsoft PinPoint on IT solutions pages that feature education partners and partner applications & solutions. Additional PinPoint integration is planned in coming months.
  • New teacher resources and faculty resources sections that better feature the Microsoft tools, software, and training we make available to help educators use Microsoft technology in schools and universities.

What’s new:

  • Our customer-researched -- and tested -- navigation is organized around the topics you care most about. The result is an improved overall Web experience for visitors, and streamlines how you can discover our products, solutions, programs and more. 
  • The new design is based on the WW Public Sector Global Digital Platform being adopted by other subsidiaries around the world.  
  • The platform is built on SharePoint 2010 technology. We showcase the power of the technology.
