Over the last few years, Microsoft Citizenship Asia Pacific has been supporting Connecting Up's annual nonprofit technology conference. This year, we caught up with two of this year’s keynote speakers in a short series of interviews at the Gold Coast in Australia.

In the second part of the interview with John Kenyon, a nonprofit technology strategist and educator based in San Francisco, USA, he tells us about the latest trends in social media and how nonprofit organizations can think strategically about integrating them into the work they already do.
