Restart

So I haven’t been doing much blogging recently (ok, so I haven’t done any). This is because I took on a new job a few months back as a manager and so have been busy recruiting / planning etc which is not conducive to blogging. Today I was talking about blogging and all the people in my group started to laugh because they know how bad I have been at blogging recently so I really feel I should restart my blog, hence this entry.
