Uploading a MED-V image may fail with error: The specified image file was not found on the server at url

KBJust a heads up on a new MED-V Knowledge Base article we published yesterday.  If you're having trouble uploading an image to an image distribution server you'll definitely want to check this one out:

Symptoms

The following error may occur on a Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V) V1 computer when attempting to upload a packed image to an image distribution server:
Operation failed. See error details link for more information
When the Error details link is clicked, the following error is displayed:
Failed uploading image to the server. Please verify that the server is configured correctly.
Error details: The specified image file was not found on the server at url: https://servername:80/virtualdirectory/image_name_1.ckm.test .

Cause

This issue can occur if the image distribution server is not configured properly.
