Intune/EMS enrollements (ADFS scenario)


Many of customers are facing problems on Intune enrollment with Android devices; it can be:

  1. Missing a certificate : you need to ensure that the all the certificate chain is installed on the ADFS proxy/servers (check it here : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest)
  2. When enrolling in the company portal the authentication doesn’t work:
    • Check the TLS version on the ADFS proxy or your HLB
    • Check the Cypher Suite on your HLB

Then it will work,

Don’t forgot that some devices are not compatible with Intune (till now 09.2018):
