Do you have SMS 2003 in your infrastructure?

Have you upgraded to ITMU Revision 3?

If you have answered yes to the first 3 questions and no to the last one, you should migrate to this version right away. This is a critical update that does not only improve performance but the old CAB structure can no longer hold all of the data needed to keep your infrastructure patched!
