There are some excellent tools on the Microsoft Partner Network site to help you understand the various competencies, and the requirements for achieving them. In the UK this site has been developed to make things easier. However, a few weeks into my new role advising and helping companies with there UC practice I kept being asked about both the requirements and the exams.

Therefore I have put together two short presentations that take you through the requirements for Silver and Gold Competencies.
