Walt Disney World Marathon Dopey Challenge 2015 Week 5 Training: Songs that Get Me Going!

Happy Monday!  The training so far is going really well, and had a great 7 mile run last week with my good friends Dan and Michelle.  It was great having company along and I was amazed how fast the run went on a very humid morning.  Overall I am happy where I am at personally with the training and looking forward to the next several months.

One of the ideas that I had is to share some of the songs I run to, when I am not running with friends.    So each month during training, I will take one post and  share with you a few of the songs I run to.  This month I am going with some songs that are my “regulars” on my running list.  In fact these were probably on my Awesome Mix Tape #1  Smile.  Enjoy and Happy Monday!

3. Permanent Vacation by Aerosmith

I know I dated myself a bit, but these songs have always put a spring in my step!   Next month I will share some of the recent songs to make the list!
