In Windows Server 2008r2 there was a new tool introduced, called the Active Directory Administrative Console (ADAC). This tool was designed in several scenarios including easy search of Active Directory, resetting passwords, etc. The ADAC would help your help desk personal and provided just a new way to work with Active Directory.
