Windows Vista SP1 project Powered By Momentum

Here is another interesting project that was powered byIT Pro Momentum

This next project was run by a network engineer who had responsibilities that including: Server Maintenance/Installation, Systems Administration and in general to keep the Network up.  With over 38 servers and 200 clients machines on the network that is comprised of Windows 2003 servers, Linux, VMWare ESX, SQL and Oracle.

Having started their IT career in the dream job, at least for me, working for a gaming company after earning a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, the initial motivation for the working with IT Pro Momentum program is an issue we have all faced with Windows Vista, around software compatibility.

Currently the project is still in progress of being successful:

Currently we are unable to get the in house application working on Vista or Windows 7 due to an issue with Oracle. We are waiting on a phone system update to allow the client to work in Vista. Once we can get all the needed applications working on one machine we can then duplicate for a test bed of users.

So while the program is still in progress Momentum has provided the framework and resources to get this project going and hopefully become successful!
