Getting started with Windows Power Management

My team just published three new “getting started” white papers on microsoft.com today.  The first paper is an overview of the importance of ensuring that your application, service or driver is “energy smart”.  The other two cover some high level best practices for being compatible with system sleep and display power management, and writing efficient code and the associated use of timers.

If you’re just getting started on making your software “energy smart”, I strongly encourage you to take a look. Enjoy!
