Transition Center–Office 365 Desktop Readiness Tool

Desktop readiness tool is a tool allows IT admins/engineering team to determine the readiness of each end user’s PC who runs the tool. The desktop readiness tool checks end users’ PCs to ensure they meet the Office 365 system requirements for Office, browsers and Windows.

Here are the few screenshots to show you the flow of using the tool in transition center:

1. The desktop readiness tool instruction page for you to learn about the tool to kick start the process.

2. Complete the desktop readiness form that captures the your end user name/domain and gives your end user an opportunity to designate a share so you can receive the results

3. After completed the form, there will pop up an email message, you can copy the email message and send it to your end users to run the tool. From here, the file executes and reports back the results.
