Cool Tip of the Day 33: Navigate the Main Window


The
main window in Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 R2
Attendant is divided into the Conversation Area and the Contact List. A
conversation can be a phone call, a conference call, or an instant
message. By paying attention to
the Incoming, Active, and Pending conversation areas, you can easily
manage multiple conversations at once.
