Deferred Channel build now available for the Office 365 Client apps
The first Office 365 Deferred Channel build (previously known as Current Branch for Business) is now available for Microsoft Office 365 for Windows (including Office 365 ProPlus, Office 365 Business, Project Pro for Office 365 and Visio Pro for Office 365). The Deferred Channel allows organizations to choose an update schedule that reduces the frequency of feature changes for the Windows desktop apps, enabling IT admins and developers to have more time between releases to validate Office against their line-of-business applications, add-ins and macros. Groups Update
Dynamic membership (Public Preview): you can now create groups with rule-based memberships using the Azure Management Portal.
Files quota management: you now have the ability to set quotas on groups’ underlying SharePoint sites to help manage the consumption of shared storage by Office 365 Groups’ files.
The team also documented how you can leverage “Send As” to a group’s mailbox and are in the process of rolling out multi-domain support.
