Luis Ramirez is a Escalation Support Engineer for Microsoft  LATAM SQL TEAM. Graduated from Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Madero Mexico with a degree in Computer System Engineer and with a M.S. in C.S. from the University of Texas Pan American. Luis has been in the IT Field for 12 years involved in several projects in the United States, Nicaragua, Mexico and Argentina.
