Yuri Diógenes

I am a Security Support Engineer on the ISA Server Team in Microsoft Las Colinas campus (Texas). I’ve been working with Microsoft technology since 1993, at that time I used to work with MS-DOS 5.0 and later on with MS Windows 3.1, it was amazing to see the graphical user interface for the first time. I joined Microsoft in 2006 to work with Windows Server, with focus on networking area. Later I moved to ISA Server Team where I’m responsible to handle ISA and IAG escalations from customers and partners around the world. Besides the this technical role I also write articles to the ISA Server Team Blog, Microsoft Technet and for my own TechNet Blog.

Before join to Microsoft I worked in many Microsoft Partners one here in US and two in Brazil. There I worked as Microsoft Trainer, Support Analyst, and Consultant. On the academic area I also worked as Professor for Operating System and Computer Network disciplines in a University in Fortaleza/Brazil.

Work for Microsoft was always a dream for me. After I achieved this dream I could see that there are much more things to achieve as Microsoft Employee. This challenge that we have here is something that motivates me to keep moving forward on my career and always do my best for the company.

I can’t say that technology is my first passion, mainly because my family is my pillar and without them I couldn’t be here. So, besides work I love to stay with my wife Alexsandra and my daughter Yanne to have fun in any place that we decide to go.
