New Office Pitch Perfect: Having the Customer Conversation: This brand-new video training pairs sellers with their
managers to learn and practice the new Office pitch. Partners will learn to
deliver a customized new Office pitch to a CxO based on business objectives,
how to respond to common questions and objections, and how to differentiate
Microsoft in the competitive landscape. The video is delivered in three
segments: Meeting Prep, Having the Conversation, and Debrief.

The New Office: Enterprise Pricing & SKU Overview: This course reviews the new licensing programs that enable
Partners to offer Office 365 in a range of flexible configurations, from simple
kiosk-only arrangements for basic information workers right up to full
enterprise-ready plans that include integration with on-site IP telephony. This
course also covers the coming plans and price points for Office 365. However,
please note that some pricing details may change between now and final release
dates.

Partners to compete effectively in selling Office 365 to prospective customers.
We’ll start off by looking at the key messaging pillars for selling Office 365
to Enterprises, and the top reasons why Enterprises should choose Office 365
over Google Apps. Next, we’ll look at the key messaging pillars for selling
Office 365 to SMBs, and the top reasons why SMBs should choose Office 365 over
Google Apps. We’ll then look at why some real customers are choosing Office 365
over Google Apps.
