Offlice2003을 사용하는 컴퓨터를 포맷하여 다시 설치하기 전에 내 스타일로 사용자 정의해 놓은 Office 관련 설정 들을 백업 받고 싶습니다.

예를 들어, Outlook 규칙, 서명 및 Office 각 제품(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)별 사용자 정의 도구 모음 등의 정보를 백업하는 방법을 알고 싶습니다.

Outlook의 규칙, 서명을 포함하여 Outlook 관련 데이터를 백업 받을 때는 다음 사항들을 참고 하세요.

    1. 개인 폴더(PST) 파일 백업

        *.PST

    2. 아웃룩 프로필 정보 백업

        Windows NT, Windows 2000 혹은 Windows XP 인 경우 레지스트리 키 :

    3. 개인 주소록 백업

        * .PAB

    4. 아웃룩 규칙 Backup

        [도구]-[규칙마법사]를 실행해서 [옵션] 버튼을 누른 후 [규칙 내보내기]를 하여 .rwz 파일로 규칙들을 백업

    5. 서명 Backup

        \Documents and Settings\{profile}\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures에 있는 htm, rtf, txt 파일들을 모두 백업

       < Profile Name>.htm - HTML 메시지 맺음말이 저장됩니다. (서명)

Office 각 제품 별 사용자 정의 도구 모음 정보는 다음 위치에 저장됩니다.

    Office 제품의 도구 모음 설정을 그대로 유지하기 원하신다면 다음 파일들도 백업 받으셔야 합니다.

  •     Outlook 2003

              1. Outlook은 Outcmd.dat 파일에 사용자 정의 도구 모음 정보가 저장됨.
                  Menus and toolbars in Outlook 2003 are restored to their default settings when you delete the Outlcmd.dat file.

              2. Outcmd.dat 파일이 존재하는 경로는 일반적으로 다음과 같음.
                  C:\Documents and Settings\ User_Name \Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat 

  •     Excel 2003

              1. Excel은 Excel11.xlb 파일에 사용자 정의 도구 모듬 정보가 저장됨.
                  단, Excel 버전에 따라 .xlb 파일 이름이 각기 다름. (Excel 2000 : Excel.xlb  /  Excel 2002 : Excel10.xlb  /  Excel 2003 : Excel11.xlb)

              1. Winword는 Normal.dot 파일에 사용자 정의 도구 모음 정보가 저장됨.

              2. WinXP 환경에서는 일반적으로 다음 경로에 Normal.dot 파일이 저장되어 있음.

              1. Powerpoint는 사용자 정의 도구 모음 정보가 PPT11.pcb 파일에 저장됨.
                  Excel과 마찬가지로 Office 버전 별로 .pcb 파일 이름이 다름. (Powerpoint 2000 : PPT.pcb  /  Powerpoint 2002 : PPT10.pcb  /  Powerpoint 2003 : PPT1.pcb)

                  Microsoft PowerPoint stores all the changes that you make to its menus and toolbars in a .pcb file. The file name is determined by the version of PowerPoint that you are running. For Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, the file name is the PPT.pcb file. For Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, the file name is the PPT10.pcb file. For Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, the file name is the PPT11.pcb file.
