[매우중요] OCS/LCS 서비스가 보안 업데이트 후에 시작되지 않는다

1. 이슈 내용(Problem):

OCS 와 LCS에 의해 사용되어 지는 서비스가 MS09-056 을 적용 한 이후에 시작되지 않는다.(Services required by Office Communications Server and Live Communications Server products fail to start after installing MS09-056 (CryptoAPI))

2. 증상 설명(symptom and error message):

위 MS09-056 업데이트 후에, OCS/ LCS 서버를 재시작 합니다. 그 후부터는 OCS 서비스가 시작되지 않습니다. 그 때 보여주는 에러는 아래 메시지와 유사합니다.

"The evaluation period for Microsoft Office Live Communication Server 2005 has expired. Obtain the released version of this product and upgrade to the non-evaluation version by running setup.exe."

3. 원인(root cause) :

아직 정확한 원인은 밝혀지지 않았습니다. 현재 원인을 찾고 있는 중입니다.(We are trying to find a solution.)

4. 해결책(workaround) :

우선 MS09-056 을 제거하신 후에 서비스를 시작 하시면 됩니다. (If you encountered this OCS problem, you need to uninstall MS09-056 until MS anounced offical hotfix for this)

이 문제는 OCS/LCS 서버 이외에, 평가판을 사용하고 있는 OC 클라이언트 시스템에서도 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
