In this case, yes. I’m referring to the new, earlier start of Daylight Savings Time (or DST). It’s starting earlier and ending later.

Unless you’re already running Windows Vista, your computer will not automatically shift the hour ahead on March 11th.
“Can’t I just shift the hour myself?”
Sure, you can. But then a few weeks later your computer will do it automatically, and mess you up yet again.
