Walt Mossberg has a bur under his saddle. He's shall we say, just a tad frustrated with the current situation in the US cell phone market. I think he did a great job of highlighting some of the issues we have all been dealing with the past few years, and I doubt many end users would disagree with him. The wireless telcos will no doubt try to refute a lot of what he says.
So go read, "Free My Phone". Do you agree with him? Time to stick it to the man...
