Connect your Inbox to Facebook with Outlook Social Connector

I’m not a big user of Facebook, so I have to admit that I didn’t get too excited about the new Outlook Social Connector to Facebook.  Now, having used it for a couple weeks, I think it’s great and I encourage you to try it out.  Just seeing a photo of people you don’t see very often is cool.  If they have posted photos or activities, you see those as well, with no action on your part.

It works with Outlook 2003, 2007 – get the latest version from the Microsoft Download Center.  Outlook 2010 users can get it through Microsoft Update.  Get the Facebook provider download for the Outlook Social Connector from the Microsoft Download Center.

LinkedIn and MySpace for the Outlook Social Connector have been available since last winter.

According to Nielsen ratings, 67% of the world’s population uses social networks and blogs to stay connected.  You’ll be impressed with how easy it becomes with the Outlook Social Connector.
