Below is the summary for the complete conversation in the CDR DB. It helps to understand how the UserJoinTime and UserLeaveTime are reported for every MCU. The DB identifies the MCUs as Chat, AV and App Sharing.

 

 

The NULL values reported in the UserJoinTime can be ignored for OCS 2007 R2. It is addressed in the next release of OCS.
