In late 2002, owners of the different looking casual shoes “Crocs” sold about 1,000 pairs of shoes over one weekend. When sharing their idea with a new business partner, he had two words for them: “think huge.” Just four years later, Crocs were selling over 6 million pairs of shoes per year. How did they go from 1,000 to six million pairs: they thought huge.

About our Speaker
Mark Arnold is an acclaimed speaker, brand expert and strategic planner. Mark speaks regularly to audiences around the country on branding, marketing, strategy, leadership, personal growth and generational issues. He speaks frequently to diverse audiences such as management, staff, executive leadership and boards of directors. With over 20 years experience, Mark’s breadth of knowledge covers such areas such as marketing, branding, business development, human resources, training and sales. He is also president of On the Mark Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in branding and strategic planning. He is formerly senior vice president for a multi-million dollar financial institution in Dallas.
Arnold is the author of three books, including “Think Huge: Elevating Your Life and Your Business,” “My Best Service Ever” and “Marketing Across the Generations: Gen. X” Arnold holds a Bachelor’s of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is an instructor at the Southwest CUNA Management School.
