We had this posted about a month ago. But they didn't want it public yet.  It is now out there for free, in a word doc format now.  It's huge 317 pages and 60 meg file to download, but a great read to prepare you for Vista.  I printed mine out and take about 1/3 of it with me at a time for reading on the airplane.  People ask the strangest questions when they see you reading something on Vista.  They aren't really sure what its.
