    Hello,

I'm getting some issues with the OpalisActionService — it doesn't seem to want to start the service. When I try to start it manually from compmgmt.msc (services.msc), I get an "Unspecified error"

If you have any ideas on how to fix this, I'd love to hear them.

FYI, I am using a remote SQL server (2008 SP1 Cumulative Update 14), and I added the SCO service account to the local Administrators group of the SQL server (that way, it automatically has sysadmin access to the default SQL instance).

I also am having another problem with the console service — I tried removing that component from "Programs and Features" and re-installing just the web service tools MSI file, but I think that broke it even more. I may have to completely uninstall and attempt this a 3rd time with a local SQL instance.

Do you know specifically which IIS role services are required? I didn't enable classic ASP, figuring that everything would be done in .NET, but maybe there are other components required that I missed. A screenshot of your IIS role services might be helpful — don't remember seeing this in your doc.

    Thanks!!

    Cheers,
