Quality of Experience vs Quality of Service

Today is my last day at the Microsoft Technical Conference in Seattle. It has been great - lots of great sessions and the ability to ask questions to the Program Managers. Unfortunately as it is all "Microsoft Confidential"   soI cannot disclose any of it here.

However with the RTM of Office Communication Server 2007 the embargo on information is being loosened.

Today a document that explains why the voice quality in OCS 2007 is so much better than anything else out there today and why I can sit in a Hotel room in Seattle on the internet and call my family without incurring any charges but have a voice quality as good as if I was sitting next to them.
