Check out Bill's CEO Summit keynote. This is an enlightening video that explains what he sees are the technologies that will shape the future of business.

Not surprisingly UC is covered in great detail, with the great Paul Duffy running a great demo. If you have never seen UC joined up end to end then this is a must see.

Finally around the 31minute and 40 second mark there is a great piece of new functionality that I had never seen before called the "Virtual Assistant". This obviously is not available yet but highlights what could be achieved in the future

This really does bring a new dimension to how people may use digital communications. Make sure you see it.
