I have been working on this build guide for several months.  Between myself and a vendor, we finally got it finished to a releasable point.  It contains the directions required to install and configure several products including:

Active Directory, Certificate Services, Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, Application Virtualization, Data Protection Manager, Virtual Machine Manager, RDS, RDS Broker, Web Server, Service Manager, Service Manager DW, Exchange 2010, SQL Server 2008, Client Base Install, Forefront Threat Management Gateway, Unified Access Gateway, Hyper-V, SharePoint 2010, Internet Server, Kiosk, Server Core, and Opalis.
