Migrating Physical-to-Virtual and Virtual-to-Virtual Machines with SCVMM

During one of my presentations the other day I had mentioned a tool that can migrate physical and VMWare machines to virtual machines for Virtual Server and HyperV (once SCVMM supports HyperV).
