Protecting Documents with Word 2007

Here's a nice easy way to allow people to update only certain sections of a document rather than all of it.

In Word 2007 click on the Review tab in the Ribbon and then click on

You can now make the document Read Only for everyone, but give rights down to individual paragraphs.
