Take a look at the Quickstart for Microsoft Search Program if you’d like to become part of the Microsoft Search Community. Access to the Quickstart Portal is via Microsoft Passport via the Microsoft Partner Program, in order to gain access to the Quickstart portal, you need to be a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Program. If you do not have a Microsoft Passport or Microsoft Partner Program ID number, you will be prompted to create one. This process is easy and will take about 10 minutes to complete.
