The class will be run by Sonia Duncan, from SPI (Sales Performance International) – a highly-experienced sales trainer.

What will the class cover?

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Generate interest
for Microsoft Software and / or Solutions.
Create
a value proposition that supports the use of a Microsoft Solution.
Identify and diagnose customer critical business issues that could be addressed by Microsoft Software and Services.
Create a desire for a solution that will address a customer's critical business issue(s) based on the strengths of a Microsoft Solution.
Change a customer's biased vision of a competitive solution to that of a Microsoft Solution.
Gain access to decision-making authority or influence.
Differentiate themselves from competition by how they sell in addition to what they sell:

· Aligning first with the customer's business vision

· Facilitating effective two-way dialogue with the customer

· Evaluating progress

· Creating and delivering value at every step of the sales cycle
Close more opportunities both effectively and efficiently.
Qualify each step of the Microsoft sales cycle.
Communicate with other sellers, managers, virtual team members in a way to eliminate unnecessary actions.
