The SharePoint Conference in Las Vegas this year was a sell. There was a lot of demand for places and, since the event, there's been a lot of demand for the materials. So Microsoft is making them available.
If you were unable to attend the conference, you can purchase access to the website which contains videos and PowerPoint decks from the presentations. It costs $399 to gain access to these materials. So, even if you couldn't get to Vegas, you can still find out loads about what's coming in SharePoint 2010.
