CN of AD entries created by Lync Server 2010

If you are browsing through RTC Service in AD you’ll notice that all entries created by Lync Server 2010 activation (Enable-CsTopology) have mixed-case characters in the CN, while entries created by W12/W13 all have upper-case characters in the CN.
