SharePoint and Compliance, how do they go together?
You already own Microsoft Office, already know Microsoft software. Why not use these advantages to solve your compliance challenges? Managing disparate enterprise content, compliance and records management can be very hard. The promise that Microsoft makes is that Office SharePoint System 2007 can make it far easier.
· This presentation will consider records management and compliance in Australia and its challenges.
· Review the enterprise content management (ECM) features in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and examine how these features can make records management and compliance easier.
Come along and participate in an open discussion on the types of compliance issues you face and how SharePoint might address them.

The Sydney SharePoint User Group meeting is held on the third Tuesday of each month. Registration opens at 5:30pm and the presentations commence at 5:45pm. The July User Group will be held at the Unique World Office, Level 14, 24 Campbell St, Sydney.
